Rasd Application
Is An application for a municipal communications Rafidah, the way municipal residents can send their complaints and problems and communications to the municipality.
The main interface is divided into four application services.
A new communication – the former communications – open the map settings
The first service is a new communication service through a new communication and user can select main category list author Division and select sub division of communiqué type list who whod look good for him when a new communication on the main interface and then the program will automatically locate the citizen with the map and data communication.
Citizen can add details to the author and his image either from the camera or from the album.
The second service is the former communications service through the user can see the former communications and know the details of each communication as the date created and type author and recipe and post on the map and its condition is resolved and closed or still open, you can close the author if necessary.
The third service is open through map user location is determined automatically on Google maps.
The fourth service is service settings exist within four services.
New user – language change – contact us – help
-A new user through the service user can put its name and identity card number and mail Email and password that was a member of the Secretariat.
-Change language , language is changed through from Arabic to English and vice versa.
-Connect service allows users to send a message to manage application and specify its type and description.
